European Commission is seeking proposals from all EU Member States for Specific Programme “Fundamental Rights and Citizenship” (FRC).
The major purpose of this program is to promote the development of a European society based upon respect for fundamental rights, fighting against racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism and promoting better interfaith and intercultural understanding and improved tolerance in the EU.
